Andro-1 is rumored to get release in the very next month viz. April of this year and the phone is tagged with a price of $530. The new upcoming LG Andro-1 is going to be executable in the side slider form factor. An internal memory of 170 MB has been supported along with the microSD card slot for maximizing the memory storage up to 32 GB. The phone will be equipped with a capability of supporting DivX video playback even though you won’t install additional software for it to run on your phone.
Andro-1 supports EDGE and GPRS type of networking. It also supports Bluetooth and WLAN technology along with v2.0 A2DP. Net browsing is possible by means of WAP 2.0, HTML and xHTML capabilities. A 3.5 mm headphone jack has been provided for the connection of external headphones. The phone also houses an FM stereo that comes equipped with RDS technology. The music playing system can support music file types of MP3, WAV, eAAC+ and WMA type where as video playback is possible in MP4, DviX, WMV, H.264 and H.263 formats. Users can easily view Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel files also including PDF. There is special editor based software that lets user to make required editing in captured photos and videos to get the best required type of photo or video clip. Other features like messaging, gaming, Calculator, Clock, alarm, Voice memo, Vibrating modes are the other additional features that you can expect on upcoming Andro-1. Messaging includes SMS and MMS type of message sending facilities where in an SMS, an user can send only text message where as in case of MMS, along with the text message you can even tag your favorite video clip or photo with it. You can enjoy sharing your favorite moments thereby.
The phone lets you to set MP3 ringtones and the vibrating alert types on the phone. The phone book can hold unlimited entries of contacts. Finally, Andro1 will be powered by a Li-po type of standard battery that has amperage of 1500mAh. It is rumored to give 462 minutes approximately for continuous talk time mode and 625 hours on an average for Standby mode. It is going to be available in black color. Unboxing it, you may find a charger, USB cable and a handsfree with the Andro-1.
